I'm 15 years old!!!!

Hello, I'm a 15 year old, agile programmer who is very interested in participating on this competition to program an app for increasing positivity and happiness and living a fuller, every day life. However, I was unaware of the ruleset when beginning to design the app and I'm already halfway through! Can I still participate? Is it allowed? Please say yes! I would appreciate it enormously!

    RiiterN, sure. I am already developing my own application. You can help me, if you wish to, and then we can collaborate. Do you have anything yet?
