Web App Question

Hi, by web app do you mean that if i design and development a website it will qualify. Please also confirm will certain apps be preferable to others such as a mobile app will have an advantage over web app or iOs will have an advantage over Android. Thanks in advance

  Yes, if you create a website, it will qualify. The apps will not be judged based on platform. They will be judged by Originality and Innovation, Potential Positive Impact, Technical Difficulty & User Interface and design
