How to submit an iOS App, which is not in the AppStore?

Hello,

Could you please give us some advice regarding the submission of a newly developed iOS Apps?
Who should we send the TestFlight invites to?

    iOS Applications: Send us a link to download your app or send it to us via TestFlight. Enter our email address and UDID to share a build with us for testing. Our TestFlight account email is: casti.cimpian@artofliving.org.

    Our UDIDs are:
    iPad Air (iOS 8.1.2) 438b4dc56cedf6985eb428041920a937dbee4100
