Targeted device?

The app I'm developing is, temporarily, optimised for the iPhone 4S/iPhone 4. I do plan to amplify its scheme later on, but as for this competition, I don't think I will have enough time. So, it does work for other iOS devices, but it does really, really poorly and the interface looks distorted. Can I be judged only on the app running on iPhone 4/4S or am I to be judged for it on all iPhones?

  Hopefully the judges will be understanding though.

  And for Android I don't think we have any idea as to judging versions despite multiple people asking. I think maybe the judges like iPhones better. :p
