Dates

I just noticed a very big change to the dates. Also a bit odd..

Does anyone know why there is a gap of over a month between the end of Judging and when the winners are announced?

Judging ends 21st January and winners announced 28th Feb?!

So what happens between those dates? Cheers guys!

    Hi guys! Again, does anyone know why there is a month and a week between judges finishing judging and the announcements?

    Is this a typo?

    Should it be Jan 28th [Winners Announced] ?

    I also want to know. I think that there should be at least an explanation because this gap between the dates sounds illogical.

    With 196 submissions, I assume the judges would need time to look at every App. Between Feb 5 (the day after voting ended) and Feb 27 (the day before announcement) there are 23 days. That's 8.5 Apps/day. If they started in January, it would still be lot of Apps to evaluate per day. Well you get the idea :-)
