Organisers - Please Help Us?

This discussion is not meant to be a moan, but I was wondering if you guys could help us with some information about the swapping and extensions on the dates please?

Just trying to co-ordinate my efforts which have been mistimed due to the last minute changes to your ends dates so far. It's a little bit frustrating Lol.
